l  Technical Service Engineer

Job description:

1.     Responsible fan equipments detection and maintenance in wind factory;

2.     Responsible fan equipments state detection, analyses and performance judgment;

3.     Proposing purchasing plan of mechanical tools and frocks, tracking design and uses for  tools and frocks under mechanical maintenance;

4.     Responsible to solve mechanical problems on fan equipments and propose the rectification opinions;

5.     Taking part in collecting and organizing wind power generation equipment technical data, recording deficiency on fan devices;

6.     Help preparing projects of technological remold for wind field according to the SOP;

7.     Responsible stat. technical parameter and report the relative information to wind field;

8.     Responsible maintaining fan equipments on site in wind field;

9.     Responsible organizing technical training program for people in wind field and complete the training records.

Job requirements:

1.     Wind power industry background, familiar with operation safety , rules and regulations in wind field;

2.     College graduate (familiar with replacement of motor bearings, alignment like regular service items for fan);

3.     Could lead the team to accomplish the service on site, better have leadership experience;

4.     Better possessing high security or electrician certificate

5.     Better Proficient in using alignment, Vibration analysis,endoscope like testing equipments, have experiences in replacement of generator bearing like mechanical parts;

6.     Open minded and could adapt in business trip at long time.
