常州基地是骋海新能源战略升级的核心制造引擎，一期投资4亿元，坐落于江苏省常州市天宁区郑陆镇舜中路88号。基地聚焦风电传动链核心大部件的精密制造与再制造，建有高标准重载加工车间、大型主轴/齿轮箱装配线、全检测试验中心及智能化仓储系统，具备从原材料入库到成品交付的全流程闭环能力。 The Changzhou base is the core manufacturing engine of Chenghai's strategic upgrade, with a Phase I investment of ¥400 million. Located at No.88 Shunzhong Road, Zhenglu Town, Tianning District, Changzhou, Jiangsu, the facility focuses on precision manufacturing and remanufacturing of core large wind drivetrain components. It features heavy-duty machining workshops, large main shaft/gearbox assembly lines, a full-scale inspection and testing center, and an intelligent warehousing system—delivering end-to-end capability from raw material intake to finished product delivery.
作为骋江传动链制造与再制造中心，常州基地将一线运维经验深度融入制造工艺，以"再制造+新造"双轮驱动模式，为风电行业提供主轴轴承、齿轮箱核心部件、偏航变桨轴承等高可靠性产品。基地引入SGS认证质量管理标准，配备全系列高精度数控磨床与在线检测设备，关键工序加工精度达微米级，为延长风电部件生命周期提供坚实的制造保障。 As the Chengjiang Drivetrain Manufacturing & Remanufacturing Center, the Changzhou base deeply integrates frontline O&M experience into manufacturing processes. Operating on a dual-engine model of "remanufacturing + new manufacturing," it supplies the wind industry with high-reliability products including main shaft bearings, gearbox core components, and yaw/pitch bearings. The facility adopts SGS-certified quality management standards, equipped with a full range of high-precision CNC grinders and in-line inspection systems, achieving micron-level precision in critical processes—providing a solid manufacturing foundation for extending wind component lifecycles.
