风电主轴与主轴承是传动链中最关键、更换成本最高的部件之一。骋海具备从主轴拆解、裂纹NDT无损检测、主轴承拆退出损评估，到轴颈精密修复、轴承座镗孔、新主轴设计制造的全链条能力。基于G9X主轴100台以上替代经验，结合FE有限元分析与SKF仿真寿命计算，为每一根主轴提供可靠的技术保障。 The main shaft and main bearing are among the most critical and costly-to-replace components in the drivetrain. Chenghai provides end-to-end capability from main shaft disassembly, crack NDT inspection, main bearing extraction and damage assessment, to journal precision repair, bearing housing boring, and new main shaft design and manufacturing. Based on 100+ G9X shaft replacement projects, combined with FE analysis and SKF simulation life calculations, every shaft is backed by reliable technical assurance.
